These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the Lea Hardy Photography website and all purchases made through it.
By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to the following:
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment for orders of digital files, prints and artwork is due in full at the time of ordering. Prices may change without notice.
To ensure the longevity of your artwork, prints should remain in their protective packaging until they are ready to be framed or displayed.
Lea Hardy Photography cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper handling, framing, or display once the artwork has been delivered.
Due to the made-to-order nature of fine art prints, returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind. By booking a session, clients acknowledge that they have read and agree to this Refund Policy.
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your session date and time. This fee covers administrative costs, session planning, and reserves a place in the calendar. Booking is not confirmed until the retainer has been received.
If you need to cancel your session, please provide as much notice as possible.
Sessions may be rescheduled when sufficient notice is provided. Rescheduled sessions must take place within 12 months of the original booking date and are subject to availability.
If I am unable to complete the session due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered either:
For outdoor sessions, weather conditions may require the session to be postponed. In these circumstances, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Photography is an artistic service, and clients acknowledge that they are familiar with my style and portfolio before booking. Refunds will not be issued based on personal preference regarding artistic style, poses, editing choices, lighting conditions, or subject cooperation during the session.
Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds will be provided once digital images have been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.
Images taken in photographic sessions may be used by Lea Hardy Photography for display or marketing purposes. This could include social media, marketing literature, or galleries on this website. This is for the purpose of promoting my photography so clients can see the style of work Lea Hardy creates. If you would prefer your child's images not to be displayed, please let Lea Hardy Photography know in writing when you book your photographic session.
All works are printed to order using professional fine art printing processes. Contact Lea Hardy Photography for production timeframes.
Custom prints, albums, wall art, and other photographic products are non-refundable once ordered. If a product arrives damaged or defective, a replacement will be arranged. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. All artwork must be collected from the studio.
All artworks remain the copyright of Lea Hardy Photography.
Purchase of an artwork does not grant rights to reproduce, distribute, or use the image commercially without written permission.
All content on this website, including images and text, may not be copied or used without permission.
